At FM Electronics we design and manufacture specialist wireless alarm systems for the Agricultural, Banking, Construction, Police, Residential, Retail and Transport sectors. Our product range consists of both mobile and fixed alarm control equipment, which manage an extensive suite of wire-free detection devices.
Our systems are designed to communicate over the networks that are chosen by our clients – including TETRA, GSM and PSTN. We provide receiver and integration software that allows our alarms to be fully managed within the Control Rooms and Alarm Receiving Centres that are employed by our clients.
Customers include many of the leading UK police forces, most of whom have longstanding supply and support arrangements with us. Our UK Design and Manufacturing teams also work very closely with our commercial sector partners to deliver tailored alarm systems for a variety of niche markets.
An important part of our ongoing support to clients is our programme of support and maintenance – for the lifetime of the equipment that we supply. We have comprehensive service and maintenance facilities at our manufacturing plant in Gloucestershire; and these facilities together with the main manufacturing operations work to the ISO9001 Standard.
