Wire free, external passive infra red detection device suitable for use in conjunction with the FM4000 series alarm systems. Typically the 4190-GB detector is used for lighting and local indication of possible intruders. As external detectors are typically used in exposed locations and are looking for a thermal change within their detection area, great care should be taken when selecting the location and detection area of these devices to minimise the level of nuisance alarm conditions.
